Gedenktafeln zu Erinnerung an Otto Toeplitz und Felix Hausdorff in Bonn (Deutschland) /
Plaques commemorating to Otto Toeplitz and Felix Hausdorff in Bonn (Germany)

Im Eingangsbereich des Mathematik-Zentrums der Universität Bonn, welches das Mathematische Institut der Universität Bonn und das Hausdorff-Zentrum für Mathematik beherbergt, (Adresse: Endenicher Allee 60) sind Gedenktafeln zur Erinnerung an die Verfolgung von Otto Toeplitz und Felix Hausdorff angebracht (siehe auch Pflasterstein zum Gedenken an Felix Hausdorff in Bonn-Kessenich). Zum Zeitpunkt als die Tafeln aufgenommen wurden, befanden sie sich noch am Mathematischen Institut in der Wegelerstraße 10.

Die Fotos wurden im Mai 2006 von meinem Bruder Bernhard Volk aus Bonn-Mehlem aufgenommen.

Near the entrance of the Center for Mathematics Bonn, which hosts the Institute for Mathematics of Bonn University and the Hausdorff Center for Mathematics, (address: Endenicher Allee 60) there are plaques commemorating to the persecution of Otto Toeplitz and Felix Hausdorff (cf. also Paving-stone commemorating to Felix Hausdorff in Bonn-Kessenich). When the photos were taken the plaques were placed in the Institute for Mathematics at Wegelerstraße 10.
