Die von der Slowenischen Bank herausgegebene 50-Tolar-Banknote ziert ein Porträt des Mathematikers Jurij Vega. Informationen zu den weiteren Details der Vorderseite sind hier zu finden.

Auf der Rückseite der Banknote (s. u.) sind die Planeten des Sonnensystems und ihren Monden abgebildet. Ferner ist auch eine Skizze der Slowenischen Akademie der Wissenschaften und Künste zu erkennen.
