Stefan steht auf dem Gelände des gleichnamigen
Instituts (Adresse: Jamova cesta 39, 1000 Ljubljana)
rechts vor dessen Eingang. (Das Institutsgelände ist nicht frei zugänglich.) Auf
der Vorderseite der Stele findet man Vor- und Nachnamen des so Geehrten, auf der
Rückseite eine Inschrift in slowenischer Sprache, die wie folgt ins Deutsche
übersetzt werden kann:

The stele with the bust of
Jožef
Stefan shown above is located on the area of the
institute named after him (address: Jamova cesta
39, 1000 Ljubljana) on the right close to its entrance. It should be mentioned that this
area is not freely accessible. The frontal face of the stele shows the name of the personage
while on the back a Slovenian inscription is given which may be translated to
English as follows:
