Stepling steht unmittelbar gegenüber des Eingangs zum Astronomischen Turm im
Prager Klementinum. Dieses Denkmal wurde
1780 von I. Platzer gefertigt.
Der lateinische Text der Inschrift kann wie folgt übersetzt werden:
Es werden täglich Führungen durch die Räumlichkeiten des Astronomischen Turms (siehe unten) angeboten. Hierbei wird auch ein Blick in die barocke Bibliothek gewährt.
Die Übersetzung der Inschrift vom Lateinischen in die deutsche Sprache wurde in bewährter Weise von Anica Jahning durchgeführt.
Die Fotos wurden im Juli 2005 aufgenommen.

Stepling is placed immediately opposite the entrance to the astronomical tower of the
Clementinum in Prague. The memorial
was created in 1780 by I. Platzer.

The translation of this text from Latin to English has been performed by Anica Jahning.
Guided tours through the rooms of the astronomical tower (see below) are provided daily. They also include a view into the Baroque Library Hall.
