Das Grab von Leopold Kronecker befindet sich auf dem Alten St. Matthäus-Kirchhof in Berlin-Schöneberg zwischen den Bahnsteigen des S-Bahnhofs Yorckstraße. Es ist ein Ehrengrab des Landes Berlin. Im Eingangsbereich des Friedhofs ist eine vollständige Liste der Ehrengräber nicht länger vorhanden, weshalb hier ein Hinweis gegeben werden soll, wie das Grab aufgefunden werden kann. Die Grabstätte befindet sich vom Eingang aus betrachtet etwas vor der hinteren rechten Ecke rechts an der begrenzenden Wand. Der vollständige Text der Grabstätte lautet:

The grave of Leopold Kronecker is located on the Old St. Matthäus cemetry in Berlin-Schöneberg between the two platforms of the S-Bahn station Yorckstraße. The burial-place is an honorary grave of Berlin. At the entrance of the cemetry a complete list of all the honorary graves is not longer available. That's the reason why the location will be described now in detail. The grave can be found almost at the rear corner on the right if viewed from the entrance.
